On January 16th we had the pleasure of hosting a Wedding Open House here in our elegant Georgian venue. Our chandeliers were sparkling, our fireplaces were aglow with candle-light, our Gandon rooms were set up for wedding dining and our chefs had prepared a delicious selection of canapes.
A Warm Winter Welcome
On what turned out to be a cold and snowy night our guests were warmly welcomed through the doors of No. 25 by our general manager John Healy.
Our events team were on hand to meet excited couples and their guests, all of whom had braved the snowy January evening, and show them everything that No. 25 Fitzwilliam Place has to offer.
Throughout the evening guests were offered the finest champagne and a selection of carefully chosen canapes from our wedding menu, while also being introduced to some of our most trusted wedding suppliers.
We invited a selection of our favourite wedding suppliers to come along and talk to couples about the special touches that they can bring to their weddings.
There was a wealth of musical talent in the form of singer and pianist Stella Bass.
Each of these artists has previously performed in No. 25 and always make a fabulous impression on our guests.
Two of our favourite wedding photographers set up in our Gandon Room to showcase some of their wedding and engagement work. Both of these talented professionals have photographed many special occasions here at No. 25 and at our sister venue Suesey Street.
Beautiful Wedding Blooms
Monica and Siobhán from Blooming Amazing brought a selection of their flowers arrangements along to show our guests that flowers can bring elegance and colour to your big day.
Registered Solemnniser Berenice Farrell was on hand to talk to couples about their ceremonies and was a wealth of knowledge, especially for couples who were in the early planning stages of their ceremonies.
We really enjoyed hosting our Wedding Open House and were thrilled with the turnout, especially on such a cold and snowy winter’s night. You can find more pictures from our open house over on our Facebook album, and if you were there on the night please feel free to tag yourself.
