Tell us about yourself.
I am a Dublin-based wedding photographer. I graduated from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2006 with an honours degree in photography. Over the last eight years, I have had the privilege of documenting special wedding days all around the world. I’m back living in Ireland now after a sunny stint in Australia
Tell us about your business.
I specialise in documentary wedding photography. I adopt a natural, relaxed, photojournalistic style, capturing unique moments as they unfold on your big day.
What’s your top tip for couples using your services?
Try to take at least twenty minutes out on your wedding day, just you guys away from everyone to stop and reflect on the day. This can be a nice moment to take relaxed portraits of the couple. Relax and enjoy every minute of your day
Tell us about a wedding that you enjoyed working on?
It is hard to choose one wedding because each one that I work on is so unique to the couple. Off the top of my head, at the wedding I photographed recently the bride sang “Golden Slumbers” (the Elbow version from the John Lewis Christmas ad) at the ceremony, and she nailed it. She was incredible. It had me in tears!
What do you do when you’re not working?
Lately, I have been craving fresh air and the outdoors when I am not working or editing. I love to do a walk by the sea, the Howth cliff walk is one of my favourites at the moment.
