At our lovingly restored, private Georgian house, our intimate rooms offer the perfect setting for a variety of private dining, hosting everything from occasions and celebrations to corporate hospitality events.
The Eileen Gray
Located at the ground floor, the Eileen Gray accommodates 60 guests for
pre-dinner drinks and canapés receptions.
The flexible space can be suitable for a variety of uses for your event, including a
dancefloor with a live band or DJ.
The Gandon's
Located on the first floor, the Gandon rooms can accommodate up to 60 guests
seated, or 80 guests for standing drinks and finger food.
The Gandon rooms are linked by full height double doors, which epitomise the
style of Georgian entertaining at one of Dublin’s most prestigious addresses.
The Whole House
In addition to the Eileen Gray and Gandon’s Suite, the whole house provides you access to the Lovett Lounge, The Stapleton Wine Bar and the front entrance.

We support Irish farmers, artisanal producers, and fishermen across the island in the search for the best produce. This enables our team to deliver delicious plates of food to our guests, each and every time.
Exclusively Yours
No. 25 is available to hire exclusively for private events. We work with a one event per sitting policy, so you’ll be guaranteed full use of the house, including own door access and full attention from our events team throughout your event.
